The SCRUNCHY device is a Nitinol spiral hypotube, packed with dense PET fibers. This unique design allows for low profile delivery, secure anchoring, short landing zone and strong occlusion properties.

Pre-Clinical Testing
Numerous pre-clinical porcine studies have shown the advantages to the the SCRUNCHYTM embolization system with precise deployment, strong anchoring, short landing zone and quick occlusion.
Anchoring and Landing Zone
The SCRUNCHYTM embolization system provides user confidence during deployment with quick and strong anchoring. The case below shows approximately 1cm landing zone (red double arrow) that anchors in straight vessel - no need to use a side branch or other anatomy. The solid black arrow shows the guidewire after deployment. The dotted black arrow shows the distal tip of the microcatheter.
